Service the WORST in Atlantic City for sure. But over all it was horrible customer service on my birthday …… room amazing. Also I made a review on Facebook about 1 of the employees at the lobby not doing her job correctly as I was trying to check in because once I got to another rep everything went smoothly … and thennnn the first nite o stayed there the light behind the tv would not let me sleep and I called the front desk and asked how to turn the light off the employees don’t even know anything about the rooms where they sent a repair man which he couldn’t find it either then he made a call and someone figure it out. Also oceans casino wanted to tell Me about construction the day of arrival.
Then I go speak to the VP of security and he said he is corporate everything goes try him and he will call me back and never did. And just to get robbed by the taxi driver when she was only suppose to pay 13. She said to the guards let me charge my phone everyone gambling and they did not care. There’s a lot I can say but my handicapped cousin was sitting on the couch when I went to gamble next thing you know I get a phone call from her in showboat saying they kicked her out.
